Eurekalloy CHD Hastalloy C
For the repair or reclamation of hot shear blades, hot extrusion dies, dummy blocks, mandrels, blast furnace bells, baskets and die casting dies.
A non-heat treatable nickel base alloy which work hardens up to 38 HRC. Has high shock impact characteristics at elevated temperatures. Suitable in corrosive environments which require hot intermetallic abrasion resistance.

Eureka 62 AWS ENiCrMo-3
For the repair or joining of 625 and 825 type nickel base alloys. Used in high temperature and sour environments where strength is required.
The deposits have good low and high temperature strength and are resistant to oxidation.

The deposits have good high temperature oxidation resistance and are good low temperature impact resistance properties.
