| Eurekalloy X Cobalt Type #21
| For the repair or reclamation of valves valve seats, hot extrusion dies dummy blocks, mandrels and hot trim dies.
| A non-heat treatable cobalt alloy with an as welded deposit of approximately 30 HRC. Rapidly work hardens up to the 44-48 HRC range and maintains good abrasion resistance at working temperatures up to 1500 degrees F. Displays the highest shock impact and thermal fatigue resistance in its class. Has good resistance to chemical attack such as alkalines, acids, and salts.

| Eureka MF-201 Modified Cobalt 21 Type
| For the repair and reclamation of valves, valve seats, hot extrusion dies, dummy blocks, hot press forging dies, mandrels and hot trim dies. Superb!!
| A non-heat treatable cobalt base alloy with as welded deposit of approximately 30 HRC. Rapidly work hardens up to 55 HRC and maintains good abrasion resistance at working temperatures up to 1500 degrees F. Displays the highest shock impact and thermal fatigue resistance in its class. Has good resistance to chemical attack such as alkaline, acid, and salts.

| Eurekalloy No. 6 Cobalt Type-6 ER CoCr-A
| For the repair or reclamation of valves, valve seats, rotary and shear knives, dummy blocks, mandrels and hot trim dies.
| A non-heat treatable cobalt base alloy with an as welded deposit of approximately 42-44 HRC. The microstructure displays massive amounts of carbide in a tough gamma matrix. Exhibits good corrosion and erosion resistance with extreme abrasion resistance at working temperatures up to 1500 degrees F.

| Eurekalloy #12 AWS ER CoCr-B
| For the repair or reclamation of valves, valve seats, rotary and shear knives, dummy blocks, mandrels and plastic extrusion screws.
| A non-heat treatable cobalt base alloy with an as welded deposit hardness in the range of 43-48 HRC. Deposits exhibit good corrosion and erosion resistance at working temperatures up to 1500 degrees F. Hot hardness is 37 HRC at 1200 degrees F.

| A non-heat treatable cobalt base alloy with an as welded deposit hardness in the range of 50-55 HRC. Deposits exhibit good corrosion and erosion resistance with extreme abrasion resistance at working temperatures up to 1500 degrees F. Hot hardness if 48 HRC at 1200 degrees F.
