| Eureka CI H-1
| For the making of working surfaces on cast iron.
| A special chemistry alloy which hardens directly onto cast iron. One layer can be 60 HRC.
| Alloy cored wire.
| - Eureka CI H-1 | - Eureka CI H-1 |
| Eureka No. EXP-10
| For the repair and reclamation of all grades of nodular and grey cast irons (ferritic, pearlitic, austempered and flame hardened). A good buffer between cast iron and tool steel overlay materials.
| A chromium, molybdenum, nickel alloy which when applied to cast iron produces a highly ductile austenitic matrix. Additional build-ups produce a martensitic structure in the 36-40 HRC range. Unlike nickel bearing alloys, subsequent tool steel overlay deposits will fully harden.
| Coated electrode, alloy cored wire.
| - Eureka No. EXP-10 | - Eureka No. EXP-10 |
| Eureka No. 60 NI
| For the repair or joining of all grades of nodular and grey cast irons in any heat treated condition. Gears, sprockets, motor housings, machine bases, cams, levers and draw ties.
| A carbon, high nickel, iron alloy which produces a highly fluid and porous free weld deposit. High strength, crack free, and completely fused deposits can be achieved when applied to cast iron.
| Coated electrode.

| Eureka No. 99 NI Eureka No. 100-A
| For the repair or joining of all grades of nodular and grey cast irons in any heat treated condition. Gears, sprockets, motor housings, machine bases, cams, levers and draw ties.
| A high nickel alloy which has somewhat lower strength than 60 Ni but higher crack resistivity in constrained joints or larger build-ups. All deposits are highly fluid, porous free , and completely fused when applied to cast iron.
| Coated electrode, 36" bare tig rod, solid mig wire.
| - 99 NI ELECTRODE | - 99 NI ELECTRODE |
| Eureka No. 5545
| For the repair or joining of all grades of nodular and grey cast irons in any heat treated condition. Gears, sprockets, motor housings, machine bases, cams, levers and draw ties and patterns.
| A copper, nickel alloy which produces crack free and fully machinable weld deposits displays excellent color match to cast iron. Gives porous free deposits carburized, nitrided, and sulfur bearing steels.
| 36" bare tig rod, solid mig wire.
